We understand that your pet may be anxious about coming to the vet; we try to help reduce the stress by creating a friendly atmosphere with plenty of treats on hand to reduce their anxieties. We encourage our clients with dogs to come in whenever they are passing just for a fuss and a biscuit. This is obviously not possible with cats, and this is one of the reasons why, in 2015, we aim to achieve Feline Friendly status which involves making the clinic environment a less scary place with quiet areas free from dogs – like our separate cat ward. Our nominated cat advocate is our vet, Trudy.
We also have 2 off-road parking bays reserved for our clients and there is plenty of street parking so you don’t need to worry about finding a parking space.
We will do our best not to keep you waiting, but, if we do have a delay or an emergency, we have a quiet family room for you to use, and if we are able, we will also endeavour to provide you with tea or coffee.
